First, let's compare the most basic measure of performance:
alternator output (in Amps):
As you can see, Plane-Power not only makes more
power at lower RPM, it is the only aircraft alternator that
actually generates full power at typical aircraft cruise engine
RPM. Notice the 'incumbent' alternator brand (most of us
currently have on our aircraft) doesn't even make full power at
ANY aircraft engine RPM. Is this critical? Of course
not (we admit), but we feel it is a sign of more to come.
